Tince arrived in Israel while the Israel-Hamas war was ongoing, without waiting for the film’s theatrical release. He had watched some scenes during the dubbing process but was delighted to see the full film upon its OTT release. In addition to acting, Tince also served as the film’s fight director. He is currently employed at a food factory in Tel Aviv.
Previously, Tince entered the film industry through Kung Fu Master, directed by Abrid Shine. He later became an independent fight director for Apsara and Anparashan Kathal 1985 (Tamil). With 25 years of martial arts experience, he has also been practicing Krav Maga, the Israeli military martial art, for the past year. He hopes to return to his homeland after a year and re-enter the film industry. Many of his director friends are now offering him opportunities, but he is focused on resolving his financial obligations before making a permanent return.
Tince’s wife, Julia, is from Palai, Kottayam. Their children—David, Morit, and Karmiya—as well as his son David Harvey, have also acted in Oshana. Oshana is a film that beautifully portrays how love can rejuvenate a mind affected by old age. The movie features an ensemble cast, including Dhyan Sreenivasan, Balaji, Boban Samuel, Varsha Vishwanath, Altaf, and Sabu Mon. Filming took place in Idukki, Hyderabad, and Kottayam. The songs from the film have already been well received by the audience.
